No matter whether fish, meat, vegetables bread – one cutting board is enough for all food: the Leifheit Varioboard. With its four exchangeable cutting foils it offers for every food a hygienic basis. Vegetables have to be cut on the green foil, meat on the red the blue foil is for fish and the white for bread. Because of the colours the assignment is easy and the preparation always clean and appetizing. The handling is also easy: the foils have to be put on the basis board. There they are fixed. In case the cut goods shall be transported to the pan, the foils can be used as a transport aid. The basis board has a juice groove so that the working surface remains clean. Because of the gummed feet it is non-slipping and a little bit higher: a plate can be put under the cutting goods. These goods can be put on the plate without falling down.
