Item is good but delivery experience is disappointing. Didn't receive any msg to expect delivery on Sat 29 May. Was surprised to picked up a SingPost POPstation card at my doorstep when I returned from Grocery around Lunch. Went to designated POP station on Sat 29 May afternoon but was informed "Item has been collected". Thinking there could be delay, tried my luck on Sun, 30 May and Mon, 31 May evening only to be told "Item has been collected". Left feedback on 31 May but there was no status updated. Disappointed, I decided to purchase another brand online on 1 June to replace my old spatula and was surprised to receive my “lost” item on 2 June.
While I can understand the busy schedule of the delivery service, but that initial delivery notification to prep me to standby to receive the item could have saved everyone the trouble.
