Worked well per description. 3 clips are of the same length. May need to shorten 2 of them to make it work. There’s no need to change the iron cover which is still in good condition with edges that started to loosen.

I think it will be good that Leifheit to indicate that the tension clips are meant for 16-35mm wide ironing boards. The "universal" symbol on packaging is mis-leading. My 42cm wide ironing board has to be clipped at corners instead of clipping across the width.
