Easily done with the 30 x 38 cm rectangular baking stone by Leifheit. Homemade delicacies are made on the ceramic stone in restaurant quality. Once the stone is hot, pizza and the like are made in no time: It delivers the heat to the baking good and in the process absorbs excess moisture - the bottom becomes very crispy in a short time and the top remains nice and juicy. The stone has two side handles for easy transport. A practical wooden pizza peel is included in the set, which you can use to easily pick up, move and put down the pizza or tarte flambée.
